ASCO
The American Society of Clinical Oncology has given a solid backing and full support to SLACOM since its foundations, contributing with its official endorsement to the new organization and assigning important resources for the training of the senior staff of the new society, and for the generation of its web page.  Additionally, an agreement was reached for the joint development of an extense and ambitious plan of joint activities for the Latin American & Caribbean area.

ESMO
The European Society of Medical Oncology has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding with SLACOM, by which it is agreed to develop an intense joint effort in the fight against cancer throughout the world, being SLACOM appointed by ESMO as its official counterpart for all Latino America and the Caribbean.

The American Cancer Society has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding with SLACOM, by which it is agreed to carry out the purposes and objectives of both organizations with the common aim of fighting cancer worldwide,
being SLACOM appointed by ACS as its official counterpart for all Latin America and the Caribbean.
