Summer 2010 will be an exciting time for breast health care experts from around the world who will meet in Chicago for the 4th Global Summit on International Breast Health ("Global Summit"). The theme for the 2010 Summit is Optimizing Healthcare Delivery.
The Breast Health Global Initiative (BHGI) and the Latin American & Caribbean Society of Medical Oncology (SLACOM) will convene the biennial Global Summit in June of 2010 in Chicago, bringing together collaborating national and international organizations to address the optimization of breast healthcare delivery in limited resource countries. Just prior to the BHGI Global Summit, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a global leader in advocacy and the fight against breast cancer, will hold a global summit on international breast cancer advocacy in association with the BHGI summit.
