This exclusive event on Palliative Care will last two days and will be
held at the Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires on September 6 and
This event will bring together about 500 health professionals to analyze
how best practices in palliative care can be implemented.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide delegates with a comprehensive
overview of the key issues in end-of-life care, as well as providing a
practical framework to improve the quality of life of patients and their
families when curative treatments they are no longer an option.
Conversations will cover all treatment options, not just pain relief,
how to deal with psychological and spiritual problems, as well as best
practices for organizing a patient care environment. The meeting will include a
session dedicated to nursing, as well as a session focused on the role of the
state in the establishment of policies.

The event will cost $ 30 for both days (early registration).
