Board of Directors:

» The Board of Directors will consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and four (4) Directors (members). 
» All will serve three (3) year periods and can be re-elected once for an additional period. 
» The Board of Directors is elected every three (3) years through the presentation of a list of candidates and direct election. 
» The vote can be personal, by mail or e-mail. 
» The polling process is audited by the official regulatory office in accordance with the Argentine law: Inspección General de Justicia-Registro Nacional de Personas Juridicas.
